Strategic Direction

The TTNQ 2018-2020 Strategic Direction sets the agenda for our organisation to shift gears, unite the industry and lead the way forward to the vision of becoming one of the world’s most inspiring nature-based destinations. This two-year plan will enable TTNQ to move quickly in a fast-changing and competitive world to ensure Tropical North Queensland is the destination people around the world want to visit.

The TTNQ Board and executive team conducted an intensive strategic direction review to consider the most effective way the destination marketing organisation could add long-term value to our operations for our industry and the whole Tropical North Queensland region. After much consultation with our member base and stakeholders, the TTNQ Board signed off on a direction that focuses on TTNQ’s key role of destination marketing and sets strategic goals to ensure that destination marketing remains our primary driver.
