Queensland Good to Go

Tourism and Events Queensland’s (TEQ) ‘Queensland, You’re Good to Go’ campaign is in full swing, with TV, print and digital advertising rolling out across the state. TEQ will profile operators with the required COVID Safe documentation on Queensland.com. ATDW Online now offers the option for you to tick which COVID Safe documentation and programs that you have in place, ensuring your business will be featured as ‘Good to Go’ on Queensland.com. We encourage you to log in to ATDW and select the relevant COVID Safe processes you have completed:

  1. COVID Safe documentation in place
  2. COVID Clean module completed
  3. COVID Ready Program completed.

We also encourage you to update your ATDW listings with your latest holiday deals, up-to-date operational information and your freshest images in order to optimise your listing on the new Queensland.com.

How to add your COVID Safe program to your ATDW listing to become a ‘Good to Go’ operator:

  1. Go to www.atdw-online.com.au.
  2. Enter your username (email address) and password. If you don’t know your password, you can reset it here.
  3. From your Listing Dashboard, click the UPDATE button next to the listing you would like to update.
  4. Navigate to the Accreditation section by using the orange menu on the left.
  5. Go to the tick-boxes under the letter C, and choose one or more of the three options: COVID Safe, COVID Clean and COVID Ready. Please take note – businesses must meet the requirements of the program before making a selection.
  6. Click on Send for Review when you have finished updating your listing.
  7. Your updates will be reviewed and approved within 1-2 business days.

How to update your ATDW listing including adding a Holiday Deal:

  1. Go to www.atdw-online.com.au.
  2. Enter your username (email address) and password. If you don’t know your password, you can reset it here.
  3. From your Listing Dashboard, click the UPDATE button next to the listing you would like to update.
  4. Navigate to the section you would like to update by using the orange menu on the left, or by clicking on Summary to get an overview of your listing. Please note for Holiday Deals, a valid URL is required in the Deal URL field.
  5. Click on Send for Review when you have finished updating your listing.
  6. Your updates will be reviewed and approved within 1-2 business days.

If you get stuck updating your listing, please contact TEQ ATDW Helpdesk at [email protected] or on 1800 629 749 (business hours) and quote your Listing Number if available (found on your listing dashboard).
